Default Yay, good luck with Arc Angell!!!

Finally trying Deva products! All I have his Arc Angell and I was using it on damp hair and getting great curls, but my hair was very very big I felt like I should be singing with Mariah and Shania in the Divas concert.

But I used it on soaking wet hair yesterday and got three compliments on my hair in the street! Two were from curlies that wanted to know what I use and why I didn't have frizz.

Didn't hurt that I was with my mom who is my hair's number one enemy :P

Just wondering, are you a Corrs fan? "Forever Angel" is one of my favorite songs by them!

Arc Angell is nice, I agree! I have to use all gels except regular Angell on really wet hair to get it to work well with good clumping and minimal frizz.Congrats on finding a routine that works!

i noticed my hair was big with arc angell too. i've only used it once, on top of a cream but i felt it didnt have a hold that was strong enough. i like a gel that'll carry me through to third day hair but arc angell only managed half way through second - just. maybe i'm not using enough?

I have to use quite a lot of Arc Angell to get it to work, but then it does a nice job.

I have to use quite a bit of Arc Angell. You know if I blot my hair of water I get stronger hold from a gel maybe that would help the hold for you JF?

I have a love hate relationship with stronger hold gels. As long as I leave a good conditioner under them they do well for me but man don't let me have less than fully hydrated hair with no leave in and I'll never be able to get the crunch out. I guess that should teach me what works but sometimes I lose my mind and apply it like Angell or Totally twisted

hmmm ok next time i wash i'll try using more arc angell. i actually had to scrunch more in than intended first time round still i could 'hear' the gel in my hair so i'll add even more next time. i just dont want to use it all up cos its not the cheapest...

i'm tempted to try the CJ banana leave in underneath it i tried some of that today under a different gel but the results werent stunning - nothing special at all really.

i hear ya with the leave-in, i gotta have a cream or leave-in under gel or my hair wont scrunch out until the second day!

Okay, now I really want to try Arc Angell! I'm currently using Angell, and it's working quite well, the only problem is that I end up using a TON to get the desired results, and its quite pricey, so I'd prefer to avoid doing that.

I like the sound of BIG hair myself - being a fine-haired 2a/b, I'm on a constant quest for volume. I'll have to give this stuff a shot.

so i tried arc angell on second day and it worked really well! it eliminated all frizz and made my hair look very defined and shiney. so maybe if it doesnt work if i use more on wet hair, i can use it for second day hair

anyone else tried this?

I love my Arc AnGell. Regular AnGell works OK for me, but it doesn't keep the hold that AA does, so I mainly use it if I'm pulling my hair up or something (since I have half a 32 oz. bottle left).

I use Garnier C&S leave-in cream under it, and find it really easy to scrunch out crunchies once it's dry.

I cannot get Arc Angell to work for me. I've tired it a few times with no luck. I went to Devachan on Saturday and they used Angell as usual, but it always looks so nice when I leave there. So I tired the Arc today and bleh!! There's not enough hold and it creates frizz for me. Keep your eyes peeled for it on the swap board within the next couple days.
