no shampoo possibly making my hair fallout?

Ok so ive been without shampoo now for around 7 days, I use suave natural conditoner and tizz no frizz. I have been applying both after showers and I also wash my hair with that same conditioner during the shower. I have been noticing espically today that when I put my tizz no frizzz in my hair that alot of hairs fall out of my head, like I just felt a little clump of like 8 hairs fall out right then!! I just dont wanna mess something up, what could this be caused by? This ever happen to you guys? Also is there a shampoo that curly hair people can use thats not harsh....without the sulfrates and all? Thanks
People usually say you're not brushing so the hair that usually is in the brush is now what you're noticing falling out.
I'm not sure if that's true. I think I massage my scalp enough to make hair that are loose in their little skin bed there fall out because my hair is much thinner since I started scalp massaging. I'm hoping those were hair ready to shed and the new ones will come back in to replace it but I miss the rest of my hair in the mean time.

I don't really get scalp buildup so I just stopped scrubbing but maybe once a month. I know some others get it real bad though and need to do it every time they conditioner or no poo wash.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
Thanks but I brush my hair as normal, so thats not the problem. Any good shampoos that arnt harsh that you can use? Im thinking maybe I should wash my hair a little with a less harsh shampoo maybe?
hmm that is odd that it did that then

Cream of Nature is a drugstore brand of very gentle shampoo and real cheap too. Activate has a shampoo that's very gentle and can be found at walgreens and cvs and ulta. Elucence moisture balancing shampoo is gentle too.
Of course DevaCurl makes a no poo and low poo that are nice, also found at ulta or here at curlmart if you want to order online

I'd be careful and watch for build up on your scalp. I was doing the CG method for a year when they discontinued my washing conditioner. The new conditioner I started using to wash my scalp left me with horrible build up and I was losing ridiculous amounts of hair in the shower. I've since started shampooing once a week, really massaging my scalp to get rid of any build up, and I'm shedding's gone down to normal.
Most people find that they tend to lose more hair in the spring and fall for some weird reason related to hormones and light.....could that be it? It's really unlikely that any shampoo, conditioner or lack of could cause your hair to fall out. Of course, scalp problems or weird build up could probably result in some hair loss but it would be temporary.
