Curl souffle?
I saw in some posts that this smells like frosting! Who makes this and where can I purchase it?
Thanks |

I just got some - the smell is DIVINE...but sadly I don't think this product is working for me. I think the oils are weighing my hair down too much. Such a shame I can't eat it!

If it still doesn't work, it can double as a skin moisturizer. :) |
hey
what type of hair do you have? i'm a 3b/c mix and my hair is quite thick, i caved in and bought some souffle too a few weeks ago, to be honest i have used it more on my hair when i tie it back than when i leave it curly and out. the first time i used it i was expecting it to be more creamy in my hands when i was running it through my hair (after using milkshake and spiral cream i was expecting souffle to be "smooth" as well) but it wasn't so i wasn't sure that i hair was going to turn out well but you know what? i was surprised with the results, i had tight shiny soft bouncy curls. I would recommend you get it, depending on what type hair you have |
It's kind of heavy for my hair, but I find it useful to smooth a little over dry hair to calm the frizzies.

im a wavy and i <3 this stuff so much!!! it brings better curl definition n helps moisturize my overprocessed hair
the smell is absolutey amazing!!! |
I've tried and tried with this stuff and just cannot get it to work for me. I'm loathe to get rid of it though, so I guess I'll try eccentric_kurlz suggestion and use it as a body moisturiser. Such a disappointment, It's even yuck in a pony tail.

I have fine/thin hair and can use the Souffle with success.
I have a combo of the Quenched Moisturizer, NECL (the old formula before Milkshake), Souffle, then Redken Ringlets (or any other gel). Sounds like alot for my hair, but it worked. I love the Curls smells except for the Asian Hair Tea. Souffle smells like white cake batter to me and for frosting, you should smell the Curly Q Custard!! |
I got a sample of this awhile ago and tried it for the first time today. I don't think it's done much for my hair. I was thinking maybe I should try using it under a stronger hold gel?
