Absolutely terrific idea! Thanks Mircurls. I think the mods should stick this up there right along with the acronyms.
ETA I made that suggestion to the mods in the Housekeeping board.

Hooray, don't have to keep bumping.
Thanks, ladies. Glad it's helping. I would have benefitted from this sticky back in 2009

Can someone tell me how the spritz and condish method is supposed to benefit porous and dry hair? I read the method over and over and I can't see the reasoning behind it.......

Santini, this is NOT a discussion thread. This is a resource thread.
Please ask that question in the Spritz and Condish thread. It was discussed there as to why it probably works as I recall.THANKS...

Scrunch & Pump method for clumps.
I am pretty sure I did not see this one in this thread:
The "Scrunch-n-Pump" = Clumps

Is there supposed to be a link for
Texture, Porosity, and Other Hair Type Madness
(Struttswife links to techniques that help you figure out your hair properties)
that is in the first post? The link for hard water is just below it, but there is no mention of these things.

I didn't see the Tightly Curly Method listed. The smooth and define step really makes a difference: Curly Primer

KayJayess, thank you. Last time i updated it, I must have accidentally deleted the link. It's back.
Madametj, this thread is ONLY for technique links on Curltalk. At least, that was my original intention, don't know if I sneaked in other stuff. That primer is on another website. Feel free to start a therad with the primer info or link if it is your original content. Thanks.
