How to achieve a wavy stacked bob

Hi! I recently moved to a really small town in a pretty rural area. I need to find a new stylist, but I'm sure that I'll never find someone familiar with the CG method. I've been wearing my hair BSL, which I think hides a bad haircut better than a short bob. What tips can I take to a stylist to make sure I get a stacked bob that will lay right with 2c hair? I want the back to be a little below my ears. Do I need long layers to avoid triangle head? Thanks for any advice!
Here is a thread on the curly bob.
Curly Bobs Unite! What's to like about it.
I have wavy hair and live in a small town. I've had a stacked bob cut by a couple stylists and by myself and had it turn out well. The down side is when I went to both stylists and myself I wanted a bob that wasn't stacked (this was the style I was trying to switch from). My point is the stacked bobs turned out well.

Thanks for you reply! I will check out the curly bob thread. Any suggestions for making sure the stylist understands what I want? Some of my issue is not being able to go to someone who knows my hair, and knows me, and understands what I'm trying to ask for. Know what I mean? Thanks again!
I have the same problem communicating what I want. I say a picture is worth a thousand words. When you are looking for pics, if you come across a pic that is something you don't want, but could be confused for what you do want, print that out too. Then you can say I do want pic a and not pic b.

Wear your normal hair and clothes so the stylist can get a sense of your style. Last time I went to a stylist I had flat ironed hair. She asked "So you like to wear your hair flat ironed?" Me "No. I rarely flat iron. (I've stopped since.) I sometimes wear it straight and sometimes wavy." Cut to 20 minutes later: Stylist "Since you like to wear your hair flat ironed,..." Ugg.
