The Suave Naturals and V05 conditioners are popular for cowashing. Check out some of them. You can usually find them on sale for $1. If you need a thinker, more moisturizing one, Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition is a good one, too. It's usually $4 - 5.

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Fortifying Conditioner. Very moisturizing.

Don't forget Sally's Beauty Supply. They have some great products.

I love the V05 Tea Therapy Conditioner for cowashing. For a moisturizing daily rinse out conditioner I love Herbal Essences Hello Hydration.
3a/medium texture/normal porosity
I just bought the GVP (Generic Value Products) Conditioning Balm last week -- I've been meaning to try it for quite a while. I figured it's cheap enough to use for co-washing, and I am almost out of Suave Tropical Coconut and Nature's Gate Herbal condish. (Nature's Gate is another good, cheap brand for co-washing, BTW.)

The GVP Conditioning Balm is amazing! I couldn't believe how curly and soft my hair was -- plus, I love the smell. I'm not the only one that loves it...my 16 y.o. daughter used it for the first time the other night (she's also a curly like me) and the first thing she said when she got out of the shower was, "Feel my hair! Feel how soft it is!" LOL

Good stuff -- I may use it as a rinse-out instead of co-wash because I like it sooo much!

I have to agree about Sally's GVP conditioning balm, love it!! I recently purchase the real matrix conditioning balm and only had a chance to use it once so far. First impression is that the GVP works just as well and the scent is pretty close although I prefer the GVP one. I had to try the real thing for myself to see if I was missing out on something special, now I'm glad I did. I am going to use the tub and pump from the biolage to put the GVP in when it's empty to make it easier to use in the shower.
Nature's Gate conditioners are pretty cheap at vitacost.com (cheaper than in stores) and they have flat rate shipping. Suave and Vo5 are good for co-washing. Garnier has a couple CG conditioners that are nice. Sally's also has a gallon jug of their conditioner in honey almond that I've used for co-washing. I've also used it for deep treatments when I was out of my good stuff, just added honey, aloe vera gel and oil. HTH.

you guys are awesome!

I have tried hello hydration, both the shampoo and the conditioner and it was more like seeya hydration. probably it was because of the shampoo?? idk.i'll see which I try.. question though out of the suave naturals, vo5, the garnier fructis Triple Nutrition Fortifying Conditioner, the tressemme naturals and the GVP, which is the most moisturizing?

I think since this are so cheap I might purchase one for cowashing and the other for conditioning and LI... Woot!

GVP GVP GVP!!! It's really thick and rich, doesn't run at all and is incredibly moisturizing. But surprisingly lightweight. You can never feel it in your hair after you use it (as a leave-in, and I use TONS). It's a great rinse-out and even a DT (I leave it in overnight). GFTN comes in second, but some people find it heavy because it has a lot of oils in it and can weigh down your hair. I don't have this problem cause my hair is thick and super coarse and dry so it just eats it up. A lot of people love the Tresemme, but it has alcohol in it which can be drying for some so I haven't tried it yet. I'm thinking of using it in the summer. I don't think the Suave or V05 are that moisturizing because they're so runny and thin. They make really great cowashes though. Hope that helps!

I'm a big fan of Tresemme Naturals.

I also used to like White Rain for cheap condish but haven't been able to get a hold of it lately.
