Default good results using jessicurl shampoo

Is it no poo or low poo?? It's the gentle lather shampoo one not the cleansing cream.
This first try, I didn't like it but I don't think I rinsed well enough because this time my hair came out great.

I'm pretty sure it is a no-poo, as it's sulfate-free. But I've never quite figured out the difference between low-poo and no-poo, in terms of what determines what.

But it's sulfate free...that much I know.
