What happened to H. E. Humidity defying gel?

Hi Everyone,
I haven't been on in a while and I was wondering if they discontinued the humidity defying gel or if its under a new name? Any suggestions for using some of H. E. new lines? I have 3b hair so i need a strong hold.
Thanks, Ann

It's been discontinued. The Set Me Up (blue tube) and Body Envy (yellow tube) are both strong hold gels similar to HEHDG. The Totally Twisted (purple tube) is curl enhancing, but has a much lighter hold than HEHDG.

Thank you for the reply. I have the set me up kind but it isn't quite enough hold. Is the body envy any stronger than that?

Yes, I think the BE has a little more hold. I didn't have good luck with the SMU, although a lot of people here like it.

By the way, a big advantage of the newer gels is they don't contain protein, so good for those who are sensitive.

Yes, I would try BE if SMU wasn't quite enough hold for you. These gels don't clump like HDG did, though.
