Default Help Bailey422...

...or anyone else who is CG and using LAcopue. Hi Bailey422 (don't worry, I'm not stalking you :P ), I just went out and bought Lacoupe Shine and Smooth co and I noticed from previous posts that you have used it and are CG. Are you having issues with build-up due to the amodimethicone? How are you getting rid of it? Please help. Thanks in advance.

No poo removes the A cone, so does low poo.
How did the conditioner work moisturizing wise?

Have not tried it yet. Going to try it this afternoon. I was just waiting for a response first. I'll let you know. I think it's about time I post pics as well. Do you think an ACV rinse would work? Thanks Medusahair!

I dont' know if the ACV gets it out. It's supposed to in theory but I have terrible water so I can't seem to make that work for the A cone. I do use DevaCurl products and they have that cone in it also and I can get it out with the no poo. You can use a cocobetain product like for instance beauty without cruelty makes a shampoo with that as the cleanser, no sulfates. So technically it's CG.
I'd try the ACV and see first. I'll watch for pics, good luck!

Oh yay! I have a stalker! I feel so special.

I haven't noticed any build up with LaCoupe, but I do wash with EMBS every once in a while. I think a sulfate-free shampoo (with coco betaine) should take care of it though.

Thanks, I knew you could help! BTW, I used the LACoupe today and love, love, love it. My hair is so soft even in the colder weather. You know, my (straightie)friends laugh when I talk about NC.com - I call you guys my support group. But it really is true. You guys are a tremendous help.
