Default Vitamins for hair growth?

AS I posted in another thread, I'm a newbie with thinning hair. I got some blood tests done last week (thyroid, iron, kidney, liver, testosterone) and everything is normal. I did start taking 5000mg of biotin along with a really good multivitamin and I've been on a good mineral supplement since August. Is there anything else you have found to help hair growth? Mine has never been really thick but my stylist is alarmed.

Thanks!

Laura

Here's a good article for hair loss.

Hair vitamens can help if that is part of the problem. Some people have good things to say about the Nioxin hair care line too. That can be bought at salons

GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails Formula worked tremendously for me!

During a really stressful time I was losing lotsa hair. I took these religiously for many months and my hair grew unbelievably fast!

Good luck
