Does anyone know if this is a cone or not? If so, is it water soluble? I just bought Tresemme Naturals shampoo because I wanted a low sulfate shampoo to use when I feel a little greasy, but I refuse to use any silicones. I must've missed this gem while looking at the ingredients. Been looking through the board here but can't find any info on it. Thanks!!

Hmm...no, it doesn't say if it is or not. How annoying!! I tried to sign up for the site so I could ask the question directly, but still haven't gotten a confirmation email. Oh well.
