Deva products & the cone...

Hi,
I know this has been addressed before, but I have to clarify! I have been experimenting with other conditioners & still find myself liking the Deva One C the best. The only thing is that I wonder is about whether that cone in it is really water soluble? I use no-poo, not low-poo. Now I've also been using GF soft curl cream - I like it, but it also has a cone. Medusahair is great, she informed me that the cone in the GF is the same cone as the cone in One C. Just wondering, are all these cones going to be bad for me since I'll be using a conditioner & styling cream with a cone? Darn, I wish I did not want to go back to the One C....

Thanks so much!!!

I'm sure someone will speak up besides me but......
Just watch for buildup. Some get it some don't. You're already using what you need to get those products out.
Now if you had to give up one I'd give up that Garnier Fructis. I love the product but if I had to choose between using it or OneC I'd keep the OneC. It has the cone farther down the list therefore less of it and it's a great detangler and a good conditioner.

I eventually got build-up from the OneC when I was on VERY strict CG, but most people never do. It also took over a month of daily use for me to notice the build-up. Since you like the OneC, I'd say to keep on using it. If you have to use a sulfate-free shampoo every once in a while, it seems worth it to me.

Thanks ladies - I agree, the One C is the one to keep. Now, any suggestions on something cone-free comparable to GF curl cream. I hate to say it, but I really like the way my hair is coming out with it, but am up for suggestions. Unless you can suggest a conditioner better than One C :) Thanks again.

I like the L'Oreal out of bed cream as a replacement for GFSCC. Unfortunately, it's being clearanced out right now, but you may still be able to find it at Walgreens. We're hoping that they are just repackaging it, and it's not getting discontinued.

Don't you love that - you find a great product & it goes away!! Well, maybe if I see it, I will grab it. But I will warn you that if I like it, the product is definitely discontinued :) Thanks for the recommendation.
