Default I want my hair back :( Help Please! (before-after pics)

Hello people, I first want to say that this is an awesome forum, I was always just reading without commenting but I have a problem with my hair so I decided to make an account here and I really hope you guys can help me out because I'm desperate

I've always had lots of thick hair, until 7/8(?) months ago. I've lost trust in all hairdresser's because I always ended up with my hair cut too short or not how I wanted it lol. In that time my hair was long again but I had no volume on top of my head because my hair was too heavy and it would always 'hang'. So my friend decided she'll cut my hair to create some more volume but keep the length. I know very very very stupid to let someone who isn't a professional hairdresser cut my hair I ended up with almost 1/2 less hair then I had before. My hair became so thin and when I got home and washed it it was sooo thin and I couldn't stop crying that day, almost all my hair was gone. Nowadays my hair hasn't changed, or maybe it became even thinner. I also have lots of hair fallout and you can see some bald spots, I'm only 16!!! Everytime I wash my hair more than 100 hairs fall out. I started co-washing like 6 months ago or something I wash my hair 3/4 times in the week with a conditioner and for styling I use a cheap gel or mousse + a little bit of that conditioner. My hair does grow quite fast in length, but not in volume. I want my hair back, it's so ugly now

Here are the before and after pictures:

Before1(I know, frizz-alert)
this picture was taken about a year ago.

After1
this picture was taken about 4 months ago, after summervacation.

Before2

After2
taken before summervacation

Before3
taken ages ago lol :P

After3
in summervacation

I don't have any recent pictures, but I can tell you that it has only gotten worse and worse.. Worse then above pictures. I remember hating my hair back then because it was so hard to handle and now I'll do anything to get it back.. I hate my hair now and I'm ashamed of it.. I don't think I'll ever have that much hair again, what do you guys think? I'm only 16 years old and I don't want to be bold when I'm 20

A couple of days ago I ordered this oil because I've heard it helps against hairloss:
Amazon.com: Sweet Sunnah Organic Black Seed Rosemary Carrot Hair Oil (4oz.): Health & Personal Care

These are the ingredients:
Organic botanical infusion of rosemary, sage, nettle, and lavender in sunflower oil, black seed oil (Nigella sativa), organic carrot seed oil, pro vitamin A, jojoba oil, vitamin E, essential oil blend.

They told me to use it every other day in this way: Apply liberally to hair and scalp from roots to ends. To use as a super conditioning hot oil treatment-After shampooing hair apply oil to hair and wrap with a warm towel for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.

But I can't use it every other day because it makes my hair really greasy (like every oil) and I can't go out without my gel/mousse (my hair is quite frizzy without all those products) so can I use it in an other way so my hair doesn't get very greasy/sticky?

I also discovered that I've castor oil at home so maybe I can use that too?

All tips are welcome!! I really hope you guys can help me out a bit..

perhaps you're putting too much moisture/ products in your hair. i know when i put too much stuff in it, my curls look super gross. my suggestion is to cut out sulfate shampoo (if you haven't already, or possibly go to a cowash) do some light conditioning, leave-in and just a gel. try really simple gels and leave ins with not too much oil and moister. also, try a protein mask! maybe thats all your hair needs :]

Go to the doctor for a physical and have them check all of your glands--you might have an adrenal gland or thyroid problem that is knocking out your hair. It can be helped and your hair will grow back in...

Thanks for the replies, I really appreciate it

I only use a sulfate shampoo when I straighten my hair because I use a serum then, but I barely straight it, maybe 2/3 times a year. So it's not the sulfate shampoo. I also don't use that much products and they don't contain oils. Just a little bit of gel and leave-in.
I called the doctor today and I have an appointment tomorrow, I never thought about that actually, because I do eat enough vitamins, so I'll let you know what she said

Does anyone has suggestions on how to use the hair oil? I've ordered 2 bottles lol :P And I don't want to throw them away.

Could you just use the oil on your scalp and not through the length of your hair? Sometimes I put oil just on my scalp...olive and coconut. It looks like a nice oil.

It could be health related as others have mentioned. Make sure you get proper diet, exercise, and rest. Something else to try is scalp massages to stimulate growth. You can do it with or without oil. If you use oil, try adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil for extra stimulation.
