anyone have plans to go to devachan in mid feb 07? i am about to call and make my yearly appt w carlos, am thinking of going on a weekday evening but if anyone wanted to do a small informal curl gathering, the weekends i am available are sat 2/10; sat 2/24, or the following weekends in march 3/3;3/10. if i go on a weekday i want to go on a tues so i could hit the oldtime jam session at slainte afterwards. it would be fun to meet for dinner or something-

I'd love to and I'm in the area but:

• Devachan hair cuts are uber pricey, and I don't think my parents would go for it
  
  My parents would defintely not let me meet some people that I know from the internet in NYC!

I have an appt at Devachan (my first!) next Tues (1/16) at 6pm. If anyone wants to tag along, that would be great! I just got a cool new digital camera and we could document my devacut for the gang here.

I still get a chuckle when I think of the wavy girl approaching our group of curlies at Starbucks (after the Phyto Universe Curly Gathering) and asking if we were a curly hair club. And 3 of us reaching for curl ambassador cards!

What time is your appt ? I haven't been to the new place. Of course right next to the old place, is Dean and Deluca but I don't think they have a place to sit down. There is a kind of wine cafe down the block, actually the cupping room is a nice restaurant over there at 359 W Broadway between broome and grand. Let me know the time and what time you would like to meet and I could post it here. Curly Suz Guide and Plink usually come to cg's.

I think it's the best haircut i've ever gotten! Today, although I can still tell it's a great cut, it's a mess. I tried for second day hair. Since it's so cold here today I absolutely had to wear a hat, so knowing that, I didn't try too much. They used a LOT of Arc Angell, so I'm looking very producty today.
