I'm looking for something to replace my One Condition ...

If you can find Activate conditioner, that would be my best drugstore suggestion.

ditto at activate.
but an even cheaper condish that I looooooveeeee, is v05 tea therapy. It gives me awesome slip, great clumping, and frizz protection.

Some people find Garnier Sleek & Shine to be comparable to OneC. It has the same cone in it, but it's higher on the ingredient list. If you have an Ulta near you, LaCoupe Shine & Smooth conditioner is very good.

For totally cone free drug store conditioners, I love Burt's Bees CO's, you can get them at Walgreen's
