question abou HCC
I'm wondering if I should order the Hair Cleansing Cream by Jessicurl. What do you guys think? Is it good? Does it really make your hair feel "clean"? I want my hair to feel clean but still moisturized.

I've tried it and if I were to buy some sort of shampoo, that's what I would buy. I'm CG. I'd go for it! If you're still unsure, just get a sample of it. You get a free sample with purchase or you can buy a sample for 99 cents.
HTH!

I am a Jessicurl freak & I LOVE the HCC. It leaves my medium/coarse textured hair so soft & touchable - all her products do! It's been a miracle worker on my hair!

I just got my rich sampler set and haven't had a chance to try it yet, but if the way the too shea and deep treatments left my hair feeling says anything I'm going to like it too!

It's what I use on the rare occasions when I need to shampoo. It cleanses well but is still moisturizing. And Island Fantasy smells so yummy...

juvjoy - I see you live in PA. How long does it usually take to get there? What shipping do you choose?

Here in NJ I usually get my order in 2 or 3 days if I get Priority Mail. Ground UPS takes about a week.

I got the Rich sample kit in a swap and have been trying the HCC and TS. I was surprised that my hair felt clean (I'm used to shampoo). It takes getting used to since it's runny and doesn't lather much, but it makes my hair feel clean and soft.

Another question to those who have ordered from Jessicurl: do they send you an email when the status of the order has changed? Do they send you a tracking number?

Hmm, that's odd. I ordered something Sunday and the status hasn't changed yet.

Yeah I'm not sure. I always get an e-mail confirming my order and one that tells me it was shipped and it has a tracking number in that e-mail. I know that my last order took a lil longer than usual because there was a big promotion during the weekend I placed my order, and they included a discount for my next purchase because of the delay. You might want to check out their FAQ, and if that doesn't help, maybe try e-mailing customer service? HTH

For me, it removes cones nicely. If I used something heavy in cyclopentasiloxane, which I don't, I think I would need a sulfate shampoo, but that's the only thing it doesn't take out.

Well, I just e-mailed Customer Service at Jessicurl, and NOT EVEN 10 minutes later, I got a reply! Turns out UPS didn't send me the email when it left (which they should have), but now I have the tracking number and everything. Jessicurl is great - such a quick reply!

Does this cleanse the scalp well, and not dry it out? I'm looking for a shampoo that is gentle and good for a dry scalp. I use Nizoral, but think that I just have a dry scalp not a scalp problem. I have dry skin too.

Yes, this may be just the right product for you. It cleanses well without stripping, and it has lightweight oils that can prevent dryness. I would suggest giving it a try. It's an excellent product.

I love HCC, it makes my hair feel clean, not stripped. I always have some here.
