deva no-poo'ers and low poo

I'll be getting some samples sometime next week but right now I do have the no poo devacare. I'm not sure if I like it or not tho. I rinse out extremely well and my hair does NOT feel clean. It feels heavy.
How do the others compare? Like the no poo devacurl? Or the low poos?
My no poo devacare is probably going to go up for swap

If you think No-Poo is too heavy, I would definitely suggest trying Low-Poo. You said your hair is fine, so it might be weighed down easily.
DevaCurl No Poo is pretty heavy too...I have to rinse very well or else I feel producty. I've not tried DevaCare No Poo. The low poo rinses out clean for me.

I may just have to try the low poo and see what happens. Why do they make no poo so heavy? Is it supposed to be like a condish?
Tonight I had to re-wash with a sulfate shampoo to get my hair lighter in weight. I'm about 99% sure I can't use the oneC. I didn't use it tonight. I used my aussie. If I can't get second day hair I'll have to wet it down to start over. I guess I can do that without a no poo.

My hair is very heavy, and much thicker than it appears- (The stylists who blow out my hair after cutting start sighing once they realize that this isn't a quick blow-out!) - and I still prefer low-poo to no poo. It makes my hair feel clean without being squeaky. Give it a try... or if you want something more conditioner-like, you could try Jessicurl HCC, however, if your hair is fine, that might be too heavy too.

Good luck!

I see in your sig that you only low poo once a week - what do you do on the other days?

Well, I'm going to give up on the devacare no poo. It doesn't work for my hair. After doing it this morning, it's getting greasy again. It's from the no poo. I'm going to contact my stylist (I bought it from her) and see if she won't take it back - maybe trade for something else. If not, I'll throw it on the swap board.
It's just way too heavy for my fine hair. She told me that using the aussie 3 min. was not good to use but my hair loves the stuff. And there's nothing bad in it. The original one.
I'm better off just rinsing with plain water for now til I get my samples of the low poo.

I like Devacurl no poo better than Devacare. I really have to massage it in well and then let it sit for a few minutes, then massage some more, then rinse. If I don't do this, I have heavy feeling roots too.
2b/3a, primarily use Jessicurl and DevaCurl products, Curls Hair Tea conditioner and various gels. I'm modified CG-ish since 5/04.

Geesh - isn't it funny how some products work for some people and others don't?

I have very fine 2b to 3a hair and I love Devacare Nopoo at this time of year. I use almost everyday instead of cowash. My hair loves it. Feels clean. And One C is glorious. In the summer I switch to Jessicurl. Much lighter.

I guess you really have to try for yourself and see what works.
