Feel Like Splurging @ Curlmart - What DT should I buy??
I have very thick bra strap length 3C hair that has dry patches at the back of my neck and on the ends. You can check out my album to see my hair better.
Ive been usung the Regis Olive Oil DT and would like to try another DT.
What would you recommend?
Also possibly seeking a nice leave in from Curlmart.
Thanks!!

hmm if you have dry hair then I'd pic Jessicurl's DT. If your hair is normal and just needs a DT now and then ,,,,,, then I'd say Curl Junkie's deep fix would be great.
I like the CJ Hibiscus and banana cream leave in for fine hair but it does contain beeswax. Mainly on my hair it just gives me a little hold with that in there but I'm not sure if it builds up on others. It's real curl enhancing on me.
AG has a fast food leave in that's nice. Jessicurl's Aloeba is a nice leave in too.

I love Jessicurl's Weekly DT. In fact, I'm pondering splurging and buying a 3-pack from her website since it's inventory sale time!
I love this stuff. Love the citrus lavender scent. Love the way I get perfect curls while using it. In fact, I'm now sold. I need this stuff and use it often.
But I digress.....
Sometimes what I do on the weekends is use it in my hair, and don't rinse - but let the treatment dry in my hair which gives me nice ringlets. Then just rinse it out the next day and I have great hair. Your hair sounds similar to mine and my hair just loves this stuff.
HTH!

Is this a protein treatment?
I already use Aubrey Organics GPB for this.

Thanks MedusaHair and CGG
I haven't tried Jessicurl DT but I am intrigued. Also maybe the Curl Junkie line since there have been soooo many raves about it.

I recommend Curl Junkie, hands down. Jessicurl WDT did absolutely nothing for my dry thirsty locks.

Well both the cj deep fix and elucence contain proteins but both are very moisturizing and you don't need to use another conditioner afterwards

Naani's Naturals Curly Custard is my new favorite! It is a product that works for wavy hair all the way up to tight, coiled hair. It gives a light, flexible hold to my curls, it lubricates my hair perfectly without it looking "wet" or "overly shiny" in any way, it has hair growth ingredients in it (which is such a plus), and it can be used on wet and dry hair. And it works perfectly for me during this harsh Winter weather. Also the definition that you get with this stuff is crazy! And yes, I have been able to get 2nd day hair with this stuff, which is a must have with any product that I use in my hair. With this product, you won't even feel the need to use leave-in with it at all. It is definitely a great all-in-one product to try.
For a DT you surely can't go wrong with Curl Junkie's Hibiscus and Banana Deep Conditioner.

SYB: what is the scent of the Nanni custard?
Do you use it with other products? Does it feel greasy?
What do you to get second day hair? Do you sleep on a satin pillow case?
Thanks!

I ordered it in the Unscented version through Naani's website( www.naanishoppe.com). But I was told through customer service that this product normally has a tropical scent added to it. I only use it by itself, because it works as an all-in-one product in my hair, and according to Naani's website, that is the way that it truly was meant to perform in the hair. No, my hair doesn't feel greasy with this product, because it is not a heavy glycerin or oil based product, nor does it make me feel like I'm carrying this heavy mass on my head. To get 2nd day hair, I put my hair in to a ponytail before bed with the help of an elastic. In the morning, I just apply a little bit more product to my hair raking it through evenly all over my whole head. And yes, I do sleep on a silk pillowcase and have been for a year now.
To have truly moisturized and healthy curls it all must start with what you use to cleanse and condition your hair with. You can even if you would like couple Naani's Curly Custard with their cleansing and conditioning products that they sell right here at NC as well to get the full effects from this line if you would like as well.
