Shea Moisture..how has this product worked for you?

I'm in love with Shea Moisture. It took time for my hair to adjust but now that it's pretty much all I use other than cowashing with Trader Joe's N&S and sealing with castor oil. My hair has never looked better or more moisturized. I even like the shampoo and I had given up on shampoos.

As for the Yucca line, I have the milk and it's the truth. I have coconut hibiscus milk too but yucca is more moisturizing for me.

I am not going to make a special trip to Walgreens unless I get their exclusive stuff. I can just grab some SM products during a regular trip to Target. I have told them and their customer service that - let's see what happens. I think more people would be complaining about it if they realized that there were other items they can't get. They will when they see them online though.

I do get it. I live in SoCal and everyone thinks that because something is 10 miles away it's "close", but they don't understand what effort it might take to GET those 10 miles. I feel your pain. I might just order the items from the SM line I really want at Walgreens.com, then buy what other items I want that I can get on the ground at Target.

I looked up Shea Butter on Wikipedia
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shea_butter

I wonder why it says it's a great moisturizer and anti-inflammatory agent HUMECTANT but people always make it seem like humectants are not good.

I low-poo with the Moisture Retention shampoo (looooovvve it!) it has great slip and it's easier to detangle with than the masque. I used the masque as a DC yesterday for just a few minutes and my hair felt really soft. I like to combine it with olive oil and DT overnight on a weekly basis.
Cleanse: TRESemme Naturals
Condition: Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose+Oils
Moisturize: Alaffia Beautiful Curls:Curl Enhancing Leave-In+Jojoba Oil
Seal: Apricot Kernel, Jojoba, EVOO, EVAO, Rosehip Seed, Rosemary
Style: Kinky-Curly Curling Custard, KMS California Curl Control Creme
Update: dt masque worked great as a deep conditioner..curl and style milk is my new hg for twistouts..and the shine spray didn't do much for me..dont really use it much...next purchase will be the curl enhancing smoothie

The shine spray might be a seasonal thing. See if it works when it's crazy humid or save for when the snow comes back.
