So yours truly, the queen PJ, is trying yet another product - I think this is the third new product in two weeks. How much Aussie Tizz No Frizz do I need? I do not want crunch, but need the frizz control & some hold. I plan on trying this over the Trader Joe's conditioner I bought today. I do have a lot of hair, but I still get the dreaded crunch in spots no matter what I do. How great would it be if this combo worked???? Pleeeeease work, I cannot keep pursuing new products

i've been using a touch of this over a leave in as really my only product and i'm liking it - i don't get crunch, but it really has no hold for me either...

my bf bought it when we were out of town and first time i tried it i was super dissapointed, then i used it a couple of times to stretch my normal gel that i was low on, but lately i really like it.

the only thing i think i've been doing differently is that i air dry when i use it and don't diffuse -

btw, i use a quarter size amount or so but my hair is quite short

thanks - I have it in now, hair is drying. We shall see!! I think I am going to get crunch as I get it from everything.

You're supposed to scrunch the crunch out. Same as with any other gel.

Yeah, I figured that. As I said, everything gives me crunch, probably even conditioner left in!! It's not that bad though with this gel. I actually like the smell, it reminds me of grape soda. I know, I'm nuts

You're not nuts it reminds me of that too, I like it.
That Umberto gianni curl and twirl gel I just got leaves me zero crunch. It's real light hold but it does clump and separate well. I bet some walgreens and rite aids carry it but I got it on drugstore.com of course.

Hmm. I don't think Tizz is going to hold your hair if you're 3b -- certainly not thru humidity. I usually use it on top of another, stronger gel, where it acts more like a smoother. It has a creamy texture almost, I never get crunch from it. But then, I rarely get crunch from any gel since I apply it wet hair in the shower, before I wrap in a towel.

So far I think I'm getting away with it as far as hold since it's very dry here now - how do you completely avoid crunch, but just wrapping the hair after applying gel?

I've found that just the simple change of apply gel right after I've rinsed my cond out, & wrung water from my hair with my hands -- and before I put my hair into my turban towel -- ends all crunch for me. The addition of leave-in cond (like medusa, I'm a huge GF Leave-in fan) gives me softness & brings crunch factor to zero.
