What to do with extra conditioner?

What do you guys do with your extra conditioner that has silicones in them?

I have this bottle of Organix Coconut Milk Conditioner and I love the way it smells but I don't use it. It's pretty huge bottle. Since learning about the CG method I've been over-protective of the people in my family and I refuse to let anyone in my house use products that contain silicones and sulfates in them for their hair.

Yeah, I've used it to shave. And I've also broken the CG rules. I had some Neutrogena Triple Moisture that I refused to shave with (I loved it!), so I only left it on my hair for an hour before washing and *cringe* used diluted shampoo. If you're a strict adherent to CG, you can disregard my last two sentences and whip out the razor
My signature style: the "braid n' curl"
High porosity, normal elasticity, high density, thick strands, DRY (must moisturize/oil and DT a lot), tangles easily. Highly textured...curl softener+demi-perm color.
Straightened length: Waist (layers)
Textured length: (variable) full SL to BSL

Condish/Shampoo: VO5
Pre-poo: mild protein(VO5)+castor oil+tea tree
Steam treatments: 1-2x weekly
Daily routine and DT: Moisturize w/ Aubrey Honeysuckle Rose+Olive oil and seal w/ Avocado oil
You can use it as a shaving cream!

Kind of starting from scratch...
Cleanse: various low-poos (still searching)
Condish: Aura Cherry Almond Bark (but always on the look-out)
DT: SMDTM
Styling: LI, curl cream, gel. Insert various products appropriately.
I <3: Coconut & Argan oil, my Denman, a neat side-braid.
"Oh, you were going to straighten it? I just like it curly so much better..."
Yep - I never use shaving cream- always use conditioner. It stops razor rash
Agreed - conditioner makes a great shaving cream. Early on in my CG journey, I bought Suave Coconut and Juicy Green Apple to use as co-washes, but I quickly moved on to other products. I've been using them to shave with instead, and the result is so nice that once they're gone, I'll continue to buy them for that express purpose! Cheaper than shaving cream, and my skin is much, much softer.
Sulfate/non-water-soluble silicone free since 8/16/10

Yep, great for shaving. I won't use anything else. Suave coconut is my favorite.

Also, conditioner is great for washing your dog. Much easier on their skin than shampoo.

I 7th the conditioner as shaving cream idea, especially if it's a slippery one. It doesn't dry me out or make me irritated like soap does. I'm using up a useless old bottle of VO5 condish that way, and loving it! At least it's going to some use.
Type 2c/3a with lots of hair and a super sensitive scalp! Med/slightly coarse texture, low porosity and elasticity.
