fine, thinning, color-treated hair...shampoo/condish recs?

Hi,

I'm a curly who has been modified CG for several years, and I love it. My mom is actually not a curly, but she needs help, and I hoped I can get some from you guys, seeing as everyone here is so informed about hair issues.

My mom's hair has always been thin, but as she's getting older, it's been thinning and becoming more fine. Someone suggested to her that she use Burt's Bees, but she was concerned that it's not specifically for color-treated hair. I think that any non-sulfate shampoo would be gentler on color-treated hair...right? (I don't color my hair, so I don't know about these things!)

Any recommendations for her situation? She doesn't use any hair products besides shampoo and conditioner, so silicone buildup won't be an issue. I personally use TJ's stuff... would Nourish be good? Shea Moisture Yucca? Any help would be so appreciated!

Thanks!
