Help with CJ - which one AF or CCCC/CCCCL

I love CIAB (no frizz on a very humid day!), but I need to pair it with something for the curls (using just CIAB is too light on my hair). I have been pairing it using AGRecoil, but I would like to try a CJ product instead. I think that the AGRecoil is a little drying for me.

I have mixed 3a/3b, coarse, low porosity hair.

I am trying to decide between the AF, CCCC, and CCCCLite. I'm leaning towards CCCC, but the AF is confusing me - why would I need it or not need it? From what I understand, I generally need a leave in conditioner (I just use my regular conditioner), something for frizz (CIAB), and something for curls (?).

I usually just search the message board, but I am not finding an answer very easily.

Thanks!

why dont you buy the sample thingie and try them all first. that helped me realize what definitely doesnt work for me. I liked CCCC better then the lite for my hair. AF was a flop for me.
Thick 3C, some 4a, normal porosity, medium-fine texture and medium elasticity.

cleansers- CJ Daily Fix, Deva No Poo
conditioners-Curl Rehab, Natures Gate Asian Pear and Red Currant.
stylers-Bioterra gel
leave-ins-Natures Gate Lavender and Aloe condish
CCCC!! My hair loves it! Unfortunately the CCCC lite didn't work out for me. You could try and purchase some samples from the swap board. If you purchase a full size jar/bottle and find you don't like it, you can always sell it on the swap board here. HTH.

CIAB is one I use as a serum to protect against frizz. CCCC, CClite & Aloe Fix were all a bust, but the AFL works really well.
