cones???

so i spent about a half hour at sallys beauty supply looking for stuff thats cg. i bought Proclaim Intense Moisturizing Conditioner... turns out it has dimethicone in it

is it okay to use or is it bad?
If you're CG, definitely steer clear of those cones. If you're mod-CG, I'm not so sure, but if you're strictly CG then if you use cones you'll have to do sulfate washes, which kinda defeats the purpose of CG. Of course, you can always use water-soluble cones.
