Should I chop it?
 

It's almost Summer, It's hot, humid and sticky out. Every year, around this time, I get the overwhelming urge to chop of all of my hair just to feel a breeze in the back of my neck. I have 3b to 3c hair...i think....it kind of changes...either way, its quite poofy, and a bit past my shoulders, and I want it off. I'm stuck, any ideas?
