Deep Treatments for Dry 4b/c Hair

I need to know how to make an all natural deep treatment for my dry, breaking and brittle 4b/c hair. Also how do I correctly do a deep treatment. I need thorough instructions on how to do it. And while I'm at it....how do I make my own shampoo and conditioner with all natural ingredients?

I think a lot of people purchase conditioners and doctor them up to make DCs.

I use Lustrasilk Shea and Mango Butter Cholesterol add honey and put a plastic cap over my head to use the heat to help better penetrate my hair shaft.

Also I don't know how to make natural shampoo or conditioner. You can however purchase organic conditioners and shampoos from places like Whole Foods, Wegman's, Ulta, Ricky's, Target, Walgreen's, CVS, etc.

You just have to know your hair's properties, like porosity, density, elasticity to know what products or ingredients that'll best benefit your hair.

do you have a link as to where I can find out the descriptions of the hair properties you listed?
Some deep treatments I've used are olive oil & honey for moisture. Protein: yogurt, avocado, coconut cream or milk & coconut oil.

I don't generally use shampoo but when I do, I use African black soap which is all natural or bentonite clay to clarify. You can also use Indian powders to make shampoo.
