Default Can you wash your hair with low poo everyday?
Can I wash my hair with a shampoo bar everyday if I condition first and after?

Density- Medium


CO- Vo5 kiwi lime squeeze, various sauve conditioners, loreal evercurl cleansing co.
Style- beautiful curls wave enhancing leave-in, pure and clean gel, Shea moisture smoothie
Techniques- plopping

Style- KCCC, SS CEJ, SS FHG
Treatment- CJ Repair Me! and CJ CR

Dislikes: Too much protein, high glycerin content, and heavy oils

If ur hairs wavy every other day and I don't think you need to wash ur hair everyday stripping too much oils
Try 2-4 times a week

Thanks!! I think my hair is just so used to being striped it will take a while to balance oils.
