curly to straight to wavy

Can someone please please help! When I was younger, up until about 20, my hair was very curly. Between curly and curly/kinky. I used John Freida "Dream Curls" on my hair, and let it air dry and it looked great! Then I made a mistake by bleaching my hair. I am 24 now, and after chopping my hair off and taking really good care of it...it won't do the same thing anymore. I have tried using the same product and letting it air-dry, like I used to, but I just won't do the same thing. I have also been straightening my hair more with my flat-iron than I used to and I think my hair is thinning. But when I want to wear it curly, I just can't seem to get it the way it used to be. Now, my hair is wavy on the top, but underneath, it looks like it used to. I don't mind having wavy hair now...I guess. But if I am to have wavy hair now, what are good products to use and easy ways to style it that take little effort?

A lot of people have found success with it even coming in with very damaged hair. The College Curly: Laura Lee's All In One Guide to Going CG: Now Revised and Updated! This link will help break it down and explain how and why the CG method works. Here is a techniques link as well for the popular ways a lot of us use to style our curls and waves TECHNIQUES LINKS: SuperSoaker,Spritz&Condish,Plopping,Frizz,Clipping IceQueen, etc

YOu might also want to look into getting a haircut to get rid of some of the damage and start fresh. Good luck!!!
