Default Help my hair feel stripped

I recently started the curly girl method and clarified with v05 herbal escapes shampoo. I could tell when I shampood that it completely stripped my hair. It's been about 3 days and my hair feels dried out kind of like straw. Although my scalp doesn't naturally produce much oil my hair never feels dry it's usually very soft and shiny. Will this eventually improve since I'm no longer using sulfate shampoos or do I need to deep condition to get it back to normal. I have deep moisturizing conditioner but it has cones. I don't even know what to use to deep condition that's cg. This dryness concerns me because I don't want my hair to start breaking or splitting.

Also is there a such thing as a mild clarifying shampoo? When I was shampooing regularly I always used shampoos for dry damaged hair to avoid this type of thing because I have very curly 3c hair. And I'll need to clarify my hair once in a while after I deep condition (mine has cones) or after I straighten my hair which I do once in a while with cone containing products.

I'm applying jajoba and coconut oil and it doesn't seem to be absorbing like it normally does because my hair is so dried out right now.

Are you using conditioner as well? It sounds like you're only shampooing?

This should be your basic routine:
-cowash with a silicone (and sulfate) free conditioner and/or low poo which is a sulfate (and silicone) free shampoo. When you scrub your scalp with either a cowash or low poo, make sure you are using the pads of your fingers and not the tips/nails.

After either cowashing or low pooing, you need to find a thicker, more moisturizing conditioner as a rinse out conditioner and apply it in the shower to the length of your hair. I just rake it through my hair making sure the drier parts get well coated.

Then after rinsing in the shower, you might use any of the following: leave-in conditioner, styling product, gel.

Yeah, I'm doing all of this. I'm using trader joe's tea tree oil conditioner to co-wash and tresseme naturals aloe to condition (which I love btw just got this). Then I f/u with kc knot today and kccc.

My hair feels dry and weird. My curls are less springy too they're like elongated but not in a good way.

I'm no expert but you might be protein sensitive? I just found out my hair doesn't like coconut oil and protein!! It makes my hair crunchy and straw like.
