most gentle sulfate poo

Okay.... I'm giving up on any of the deva no poo/low poo's. They are just not working for my hair. I had to re-do this morning and I washed with my sulfate shampoo and got good hair with my styling products.
Which shampoo is going to be the most gentle that is a sulfate poo?
Right now I'm using biolage for color treated hair (my hair is color treated). Is that an ok poo? I poo about every third day (if I'm lucky).
I still might be up for trying a non-sulfate poo from the health food store but I don't know what to even try. Any ideas? With no proteins.
I"m just kind of frustrated right now because I've spent so much money on these deva products and so I really don't want to dump alot more money into something that isn't going to work. I'm sure there are PLENTY of you out there who feel the same way or has felt the same way.
So, I know.... you never know if it's going to work til you try it.
But its so frustrating.

My all time favorite ever is Elucence MBS. It has a gentle sulfate about halfway down the ingredient list. I can't say enough about how great it is. It smells great, lathers nicely, cleans well, and isn't drying at all. It's also veru concentrated, so it last a very long time. If you're looking for a shampoo with a sulfate higher up on the list, I really like Nexxus Therappe. It has either Sodium or Ammonium sulfate (can't remember which), but I've never had a problem with it drying out my hair, even when I shampooed daily.

Nature's Gate Nourishing Shampoo is a gentle sulfate shampoo and does a good job cleansing. The Radiant Brunette shampoo from Suave is surprisingly gentle. It doesn't contain ammonium sulfates like most of their shampoos. It's tough for me to find a shampoo that's gentle enough for my dry, colored hair, yet doesn't weigh it down. These two are my favorites so far.
I'll check them out. Right now I'm going to clarify with vo5 kiwi and lime squeeze and condition - basically start all over from scratch. I've used so many different products (mostly deva) that my hair is really hating life right now. I thought it was going to turn out ok this morning but now is going flat and greasy looking!

A trip to the health food store tomorrow!
I looked at the ingredients on Eluence but it has wheat protein. My hair is extremely sensitive to wheat protein but the Nature's gate one looks really good. I used the nature's gate condish many, many years ago and I remember liking it. So, I"m going to try that.

I had some good luck with Collective Wellbeing Moisturizing Shampoo. It has the same cleanser as the Elucence shampoo but has no wheat in it.

It can be a little hard to find though, but should be found in a health food store/section.
Darby,

Good luck! I guess your package arrived? I'll let you know when mine does.

Anyway, I have seen Collective Wellbeing at Whole Foods, if you have one near you.

If it's of any consolation to you, my hair is a bird's nest after the usage of Deva products when I got my hair cut yesterday

I really like Nature's Gate Jojoba conditioner. I haven't tried any of their shampoos yet.

Take care,
Sherry

But I ended up swapping my no poo for some low poo with my stylist but I can't ask her to take back anything else since she doesn't normally do that. It's ok -- I had to find out if the product worked. My hubby is going to try the low poo on his hair. I think he's going to like it.
I wonder what is in the deva that is drying our hair out?? Really strange.
