more curl frustrations

yesterday I co washed with Suave aloe...then used one-c (hair is really dry right now) and then put in some angell into pretty wet hair (upside down). Plopped for about 15-20 min. Ended up with the sides curly but in the back it was just long, pulled out wavies. Plus I had a good amount of frizz UGH! I can never get the sides and the back to work at the same time (The other day I had the opposite results lol).

I need to boost the curl and stop the frizz w/out weighing down my curls (or I end up with long, pulled out wavies)

You'll probably need a stronger hold gel than Angell. I think it seems to work better for most curlies in the warmer months. It just isn't strong enough to fight frizz for most of us. It's a good gel, just not one for a lot of hold. Btw, I
m curious if your hair on the sides is more layered than your back section? That could be a reason you notice a difference in curl between the sections.

hair is pretty much the same length all around (btwn bsl and waist) with a long layer thrown in there lol

Im getting it cut today though! (Im nervous! lol)

I think pregnancy hormones have made my hair all weird again.....after each baby I end up with different hair

I bet a good cut with some long layers would keep your curls from being all weighed down. I hope it goes well.
