Lucky magazine and Goe oil

Has anyone used something called Goe oil? I bought the latest Lucky magazine (Christina Hendricks is on the cover), and there is a small piece about a woman with curly hair who uses this oil. Now I'm curious! anyone familiar with it? Is it CG?
Here's a link to a page that has the ingredients and a description. Looks CG to me.

Thank you--wow, that's a lot of oils and such in there! Has anyone tried it? I think it's a bit pricey--I believe the article said it is $30.
I just saw this on the shelf at a Ricky's in NYC. They had a sample out. It has a fluid oily texture. Literally glides on skin. It's oily but not greasy, if that makes sense. But it sinks in. I applied it to my arms and legs, before I noticed that it can be applied to hair. I have to be careful with putting oils on my 4b hair so I only put a touch on lightly. I probably would use this on my skin. I will say when I looked in a window outside, there was a sheen on my hair in the sun and it didn't disturb my hair. So I might experiment with it, but I don't have high expectations for my particular hair type. I probably would have to use it the way I use other oils as a pre-poo treatment.
Thanks for the response and explanation! I am so new to this. I wonder if it would be a good thing to use on my dry, newly CG 2C (I think) hair. It's still so frizzy on the top layer from all the damage I have put it through in the past.
A lot of people's hair doesn't like straight oil--mine really doesn't. I think you could get some terrific products that would add moisture to your hair--CJ Curl Rehab, SS Deeply Decadent, most of the Marie Dean Conditioners--to name a few.
