Making my own leave in conditioner

I did a search here about making your own leave in conditioner and many people said that they just add purified water and conditioner to a spritz bottle.

Since I love the conditioner I'm using now, I just want to know how much water and conditioner should I add to a 3oz bottle? Would it also be okay to add some aloe vera juice or Epsom salts to the mix?

Thank you.

Products I use:

Shampoo: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Shampoo
Conditioner: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Conditioner
DT: Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Aqua-Immersion Creme Masque
Styling: Homemade FSG with Lavender EO & AVJ/water mist spray containing Epsom Salt, Lavender EO

I make a bottle of conditioner for my hair in an 8 oz bottle by just filling the bottle about 3/4 full and about 2-3 tbs. of conditioner. Then shake it really well. You can even add a tsp. of oil if your hair needs it. I use this mixture to spritz my hair before I go swimming, or for a refresher..
