what's your favorite cream/gel combo?
I *think* I need a cream to define the curls and a gel to hold them...my hair is fine and looses curl easily so Im trying to boost the natural curl while fighting frizz AND getting more volume........so, what's your favorite combo?

Recoil and anything for me too. It's the only product I use every day.

Recoil under B&A is almost always a 100% guarantee for a good hair day for me.

I like re:coil with ArcAngell. I also use re:coil under JoiWhip Mousse, which is obviously not a gel but has great hold and also enhances my curl.

Hi,
Does a tube of Recoil last a long time? I'd hate to spend that much on a product and run out of it quickly.
Thanks!

sherry, my tubes of Recoil always last me about 10 months, and I have longer hair.

I use about a quarter size blob or 2 nickel sized blobs each time, but I don't use it more than 3 times a week because I'm able to get at least 2nd day hair out of mine each time.

grrrrrrrr. I've been talking myself out of trying recoil since Christmas when I got some money for a gift. With all this talk about recoil, I can't take it anymore!
Where is the cheapest place I can get this stuff?

I'm not sure if that link will work right. It's on ebay, two tubes starting bid is 19.99. They have two up like that.
I don't know if I've seen it cheaper anywhere else.

I couldn't resist. I started looking locally (within a 50 mile radius) and found a salon in the town my SIL lives in that carries this stuff. The owner has decided not to carry this line anymore and has one tube of recoil left. She will sell it to me for $12.00!!!
I should have asked her about the Fast Food, too.
