How can you tell if shampoo is gentle sulfates?

here are the ing. for one I was using:

Ingredients
Water Aqua , Sodium Laureth Sulfate , Cocamide MEA , Sodium Chloride , Panthenol , Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethi , Hedychium Coronarium White/Ginger , PEG-12 Dimethicone , Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethi , Algae Aloe Barbadensis Leaf , Anthemis Nobilis , Lawsonia Inermis Henna , Simmondsia Chinensis Jojoba , Rosmarinus Officinalis Rosemary , PEG-12 Dimethicone , Triticum Vulgare Germ Oil Wheat , Polyquaternium-11 , Cocamidopropyl Betaine , Citric Acid , Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose , Fragrance Parfum , Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate , DMDM Hydantoin , Tetrasodium EDTA , Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate

I think all the 'cones are water soluble...so Im just wondering if it would be too harsh or if its a more gentle one (not sure if I am going totally sulfate-free for my poos so I need some options and I liked this one in the past)

actually that was the wrong list LOL but it was one I used before too....

this is the other list:
Water Aqua , Sodium Laureth Sulfate , Cocamide MEA , Cocamidopropyl Betaine , Dimethicone Bisamino Hydroxypropyl Copolyol , White Ginger , Algae , Aloe Barbadensis , Chamomile , Henna , Jojoba , Rosemary , Dimethicone Copolyol , Glycol Stearate , PEG-14M , Tetrasodium EDTA , Fragrance Parfum , Citric Acid , Sodium Chloride , DMDM Hydantoin , Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate

Im thinking the first 'cone may not be ok (but if its in a sulfate shampoo does it matter???)
