I'm not sure where to go from here.. expert opinions?

Hi everyone!! I have been trying CG (modified) since sept. 15.. my hair is just lifeless and it is depressing me!

I guess i should start with an intro:
I used to shampoo/condition my hair everyother day and then put in PM sculpting foam and walk out the door. My hair was gorgeous and long! I used to let it curl and i loved it. I wanted to chop my hair off to an inverted bob SOOO bad!! so i finally did.. and now i'm growing it back out.. what a pain..
But since i started growing it out, I used Garnier's blow dry perfector.. then after that i could just smooth out my hair and it would be straight (but my ends would flare out).
So now I'm tired of that crap and I WANT MY CURL BACK!!

so..I use HairOne for color treated hair, Paul Mitchell Round Trip, Pureology colour stylist 24 hour shaping lotion, and Paul Mitchell sculpting foam.
I bought Garnier's Pure Clean shampoo for a low poo, but now i think its not a low poo...?? so im looking at buying an actual "low poo", like MOP c-system c-curl curl enhansing shampoo, or DevaCurl Low-Poo, or Abba Pure Curl shampoo.

I use my HairOne, leave it in for awhile and rinse out. I part my hair under the water and then I put in PMRT and the shaping lotion in soaking hair, then i would "scrunch" out the water with a shirt. then i would either plop then use PMSF or use PMSF then plop for a bit. (i dont think it made a difference) then i would pixie diffuse a bit and if i feel like it plop again.
there for a couple days i thought the cg was working, but then i wait a couple hours and my hair is straight again, and i have absolutely NO 2nd day hair, i barely have "5th hour" hair!

I was talking to a friend who told me to use baking soda in my shampoo to get the garnier blow dry perfector out (even tho it should have worn off a while ago). so i did that on tuesday, and i didnt see a huge difference.. maybe a little one?
So today i decided to use my Ion Effective Care Treatment sample that i bought. I used that after i used my HairOne, and i wanted to scrunch the water out of my hair before i used my products (thats what i used to do w/ long hair) so i used my shirt then i added my products and plopped, i diffused a little and i left.
When i was out, my hair almost felt dry at the ends and it was a poofy mess. but once i got back home (prob 2 hrs later) it felt normal(not dry), just poofy, and it was almost completely straight!

So do you guys think that if i do a deep moisture condish next wash it will be okay? (i have loreal EverPure moisture deep restorative masque, but it has amodimethicone in it, but then so does my hairone.) And any suggestions on my limp hair? and do you think that the poofy straight mess means im protein sensitive? and any suggestions on a low poo shampoo (i think im going to use it every wash with a condish, and once a week wash with the garnier pure clean)?

sorry for the long post, I wanted to give you my background, and i've also been trying to look up this stuff but it doesn't quite fit what im looking for on questions.
Thanks in advance!!!

pic 1: this morning before i left (this was the curl side of my head lol) and you can tell that its still wet
pic 2: day 6 of cg, when i was proud of it, which was before it fell.
pic 3 and 5: before i cut my hair, on my "scrunch and go" days
pic 4: after i cut it and just let it curl

2B, + other 2's. And 1 underneath.
normal elastisity, normal porosity, and medium texture with random coarse hairs, and thick hair.
I'm currently using HairOne cleansing conditioner, Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam, and sometimes Mark Curl and Wave defining gel. I just bought Pureology styling lotion and Paul Mitchell Round Trip. and I'm using some cheap gel.
I am currently (trying) CG, but I am doing the modified version with water soluble silicones (and occasionally ones that resist build up).
So it looks like the Garnier shampoo is indeed a low poo. I thought the PM products had dimethicone?? I see most of your products have at least the a-cone as well.

If I were you I'd cut down on the products and go back to basics. Use the GF shampoo and get a conditioner that is cone free. Hair One is a cleansing conditoner and not just a straight moisturizing conditioner. Since you buy at Sallys, you could get their GVP conditioning balm or buy Yes to Cukes/Carrots, Renpure or Tresamme Naturals at Wal-Mart/Target. You could also consider Shea Moisture products from Target or Wal-greens.

Look into buying a curl enhancer like SM, LOOB or fsg. Top with a gel.

If you haven't used any of your 'cone products yet return them for cone free stuff!
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves
cleanser: Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo, CJ Daily Fix

rinse out: GVP Conditioning Balm, CJ Repair Me, CJ Smoothing

jellies/creams: CR Curl Maker, KCCC, UFD Curly Magic
gels: CJ CQ, BRHG

Thank you!!! I have been thinking about getting a normal conditioner and getting rid of my cones completely. I thought it was ok to use a-cone if you poo once a week, but then I read that it can keep a barrier on your hair..

And the garnier poo has SLS for the 2nd ingredient, I thought that made it a full poo? Lol, I'm just not understanding it all yet..
I was just using my hairone for cleansing and moisture, but I'm going to try using my poo and yes to cucumbers condish .. Oh and both the round trip and sculpting foam are silicone free (according to the curlmart). And I was SO happy when I read that, once I found PM, I can never leave it .

But thank you so much for the advise!!

ahhh I was looking for cones not sulfates on the poo, haha.

I would try to stay away from even the a-cone since you're trying to get your hair healthy.

I didn't look at the ingredients for the PM products because I was lazy. In other words my post was not very helpful, sorry!
