#7: Re: what are your combinations with biosilk rock hard gelee?
On a fluke, I tried Bumble and Bumble styling creme under BRHG today, and I have never had such curly hair! I have had a hard time finding a good combination for both separately, but this is definitely workin' on my curls! I think I went a little overboard on one of them (most likely the biosilk), because they are a little producty feeling, but my hair is shiny and very defined! I usually have a big problem w/ the hair under my canopy/ at the nape of my neck being a lot straighter than the rest of my hair (it is also my longest layer), but this enhanced curl enough to make my hair look more uniform. I first used a quarter leave in, then, BB creme, then BRHG, diffused dry, and finished w/ Deva set it free and scrunched out the crunch.
In the past, I have had problems w/ the creme congealing disgustingly w/ my other products, but not at all w/ this combo! I used to only have success w/ it on it's own to straighten my hair. For those that are not familar w/ this lightweight BB creme, it has a high concentration of PVP (2nd ingred), and is one of the better holding cremes I have used. I actually have not really cared for it until now though! For those on CG-it does have Amodimethicone in about the middle of the ingred. list.
I'm so glad I discovered this recipe for my hair!
