Exclamation Weirdest hair ever. Please, help!

My hair is such an anomaly, and terribly so. I'm sure other people have the hair type but it's still pretty rare. A girl at a bar even pointed it out the other day and was commenting on how it's not thick at all but curly and full. I can style it to look really good, but frizz is always a problem as well as styling and volume.

It's pretty curly if I air dry it...but then I feel like its so flat and is so close to my head. As well as the curls clumping together. So, I always blow dry...which adds to the frizz. When I blow dry the curls only remain on the lower half of my hair while the top half is barely even wavy. And then i usually tease the hell out of it and then spritz on a bit on curl definer. Just some cheap aussie or freida spray. I put mousse in it before I blow dry and usually a bit of frizz serum at the ends. I don't have a problem with shine or softness. It looks puffy and undefined a lot though. When I air dry my hair I would say it was a 3a/3b...when I blow dry it its like 2b.
I have barely any hair too! Well, that's an exaggeration...but god, I hate it. I feel like my part is giant!
And I would straighten it completely more, the no matter what the ends flip out stupidly. They like refuse to straighten, bust flip awkwardly. I hate it.

Anyways, I think maybe I over condition my hair...I wash everyday since my hair gets so greasy so easy, and put a lot of conditioner in it. I'm going to try a protein treatment. I feel like I should also let my hair air dry more often...but I can't stand the lack of volume and how it kinda clumps together. Should I use a curl gel? My hair is pretty long...a few inches past my shoulders...some people think I curl hair since the curls are never apparent near the roots since I blow dry, and still minimally so when I air dry.

Does anyone else have similar hair? Do you have any tips? Please, I would be so grateful! I've battled with this my whole life.

I don't know if this will help but have you tried using a diffuser instead of a regular blow dryer? Good luck figuring out what works!

On my EVO
