Ah-ha... that is the problem! This stuff is really strong and you only need to use a little of it to do the job. I use maybe a dime-sized blob (maybe even smaller?) for each section. Try that and see how it works out for you...

Well, my (almost!) never-fail HG combo is as follows:

After rinsing out my condish (One Condition), I do a honey rinse (one teaspoon of honey in a coffe mug full of warm water). Then I apply my products in sections (I do it in three sections- the top of my head, and two pigtails):

-Curl Keeper- 1 quarter-sized blob per section
-re:coil- 1 pea-sized blob per section
-BRHG- 1 dime-sized blob per section

thanks! gemini13, i think your hair is beautiful! my hair looks similar in texture to yours but my girls aren't as tight and i have about 1 1/2 to 2 times as much hair as you or at least that is my perception. your hair seems perfect in thickness and looks very healthy. thanks for your response!
