I need help.. BIG time!

This is the first time I'm posting (anywhere) so please help the new girl lol. Ok soo first I've never had my big chop I am trying to avoid it but I've been trying to go natural for the past TWO years and I'm not having much luck what so ever. Confession: I let my mom put a kiddie texturizure in my hair a year ago so let's take a year off of trying to go natural. But anyway, I have very fine hair. I'm not sure what type it is but I think it 4a (?). At first my hair was growing well and was looking very healthy, but lately I've noticed my hair is breaking a lot and my bangs and hair near my temples is really thin and it has never been like that. Also, you may not be surprised to hear that I have tried more products than I care to mention but tho only product I actually like is the Kinky Curly detangler. My hair is also very frizzy and I can't find anything to help define my curls I'm actually to the point that I'm very sad about what's going on up there and stressed about it. I've taken some pictures of my hair but I'll admit that I used my phone camera so the pictures may not help (you can find them in the fotki link, idk why the pics aren't showing up). Also I still have straight end which I have no clue why except for my texturizer.. also i don't use a lot of heat but I do workout everyday except sunday. If anyone has a regimine for women who workout often that would be helpful too. I'm at the point of tears

have you tried going CG? if you dont want to go fully CG you could just cut out all cones an sulfates, and wash with a low poo or with a sulfate free. sounds like your hair is rather dry and in need of same much needed moisture so maybe a nice deep treatment will help, it will take awhile to repair the damage, sounds like the only ting you can do is wait for it to grow out and if you dont want to do the big cut then cut it off slowly, every few months, cut off half an inch.

my hair: 3c, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

Thank you I'll try out your advise and pray for results.
Try using Shea Moisture Products. I personally love the smoothie for the days when my hair is extra dry and crazy. It smooths and is super moisturizing!
Love my auburn 3b/3c curls!! Favorite products are Treseme Naturals conditioner and DevaCare ArcAngel(<---miracle for definition!) I really just want to GROW MY HAIR OUT!! It's not really working...
would love to know how it went

@Fmasuhr I sarted trying kinky curly shampoo and I've seen great results and my hair is much more conditioned now. I also CUT MY HAIRR AHH lol but no I'm actually very happy that I did it. I still have a few straight strands but for the most part my texturizer is GONE! but I'd be happy to show u a picture!
woow nice n shinny you can see that at your roots your hair is rather healthy so you just need to find a nice routine that suits your hair, n finding what your hair likes..... or doesnt.... its a long road but fun at the same time
