CurlTalk - Are these CG?

Ok, I'm a 3a with 3b in the front and underlayers, and have been CG for about 2 weeks. My hair is looking a lot better, but i have two products that i'm wondering are CG or not. I'm mostly concerned about silicones, sulfates, or anything that would build up on the hair.

The first product is Got2b kinkier Gloss and define curling spray gel. It's the only curl enhancer I could find with magnesuim sulfate in it from a drug store. Here are the ingredients:

Aqua (Water) , VP , VA Copolymer , Magnesium Sulfate , Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract , Panthenyl Ethyl Ether , Sorbitol , Carbomer , Acrylate Copolymer , Phenoxyethanol , Propylene Glycol , Aminomethyl Propanol , Polyquaternium-11 , PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil , PPG 5-Ceteth-20 , Methylparaben , Glycerin , Disodium EDTA , Benzophenone-4 , Methylisothiazolinone , Fragrance , Limonene , Benzyl Alcohol , Amyl Cinnamal , Citral , Hydroxycitronellal , Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde , Linalool , Acetyl Hexamethyl Tetralin , Hexyl Salicylate , Cl 15510 (Orange 4)

the second product is Got2b Defiant Pomade. Here are the ingredients:

Water , PEG-25 Hydrogenated Castor Oil , Isopropyl Myristate , Oleth-10 , Propylene Glycol , Glycerin , Oleth-20 , Fragrance , Buteth-3 , Tributyl Citrate , Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate , Phenoxyethanol , Methylparaben , Methylisothiazolinone , Linalool , Citronellol , Hexyl Cinnamal , Geraniol , Limonene , Butylphenyl Methylpropional , Citral , Coumarin , CI 77019 (Mica) , CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide) , CI 77491 (Iron Oxides) , CI 19140 (Yellow 5) , CI 17200 (Red 33)

Do either of these products contain silicones, sulfates, or anything that would build up on the hair? Thanks!:happy10:

They are both CG. Some polyquats have the potential to build up. The experts disagree on polyquat-11. some say it is fine and others say it will build up.

Thank you so much! I'm really happy these products are CG. I'll just have to see if the polyquat-11 will build up or not on my hair. :color:
