Default Question about Potion #9

From the threads I'm reading about this product, everone says that it's CG and that Sally's generic is the same. In the ingredients list on the back of the Sally's version it has the ingedients listed for both products, the generic and the Sabastian version. Both have trimethyysilylamodimethicone listed. Has the formula changed and the generic not caught up, or is this a water soluable ingredient?

Well, a CG purist who is strictly no-cone wouldn't use it, but it is the one product that has never left my regimen. When I was CG (used low-poo or HCC) I still used it and never noticed any buildup, so at least those cleansers appear to get it out. I just adore this stuff. Old and new formula.

HTH,
