I like Joico ICEWhip. Is there something similar in a gel?

I'm getting down to the bottom of the can of mousse. Although I'm happy with the Joico, I'm still not a fan of mousse. I prefer gels or lotions, something I can transfer to a travel size bottle (I travel a lot) and have better control of the amount of product I dispense (that mousse keeps growing )

I still like Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt, but with so many choices out there I'd like to try something different.

Thanks.
Aura hypo-allergenic and Batia & Aleeza biomineral gel both have a very similar hold to joiwhip. They are liquidy and easy to distribute. Still, nothing compares to joiwhip in my book.

If you can help, Thanks! ~~jax

I use the Brazil Nut Define and No Frizz cream from The Body Shop. If I'm using a gel or lotion, I just mix them together. When I use mousse, I use the cream first, then the mousse.

Jaxie, have you tried Recoil underneath Joiwhip? That works awesome (got the idea form the other Joiwhip fans on here), and I just found out for myself that Curl Junkie guava creme works fabulously underneath it!

I use it over a leave-in and/or re:coil.

Is joiwhip different from ICEWhip? Or is that just the local nickname? My can says ICEWhip and it has an orange dispenser.

ETA: Oops .. just saw on another thread that apparently it was changed a little but not for that particular poster to notice anything different.
