Lots of moisture! :P
I might get more into co-washing again, we'll see. I need to find a good product for that. Considering investing in CJ Daily Fix. Right now I low-poo with Renpure Organics, which is also great :)
I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine as my conditioner, I love it. SheaMoisture curl milk is my LI/curl cream, topped off with GFPC gel.
I also do lots of DTs with coconut oil mixed with various conditioners.

I live in a normally cold state, but the weather here has been mild thus far.

I haven't altered my routine too much. I cut out my glycerine spritz (I felt like it was drying my hair out). I do twistouts on a weekly basis using SM curl milk + a little oil for sealing (usually castor oil and EVOO). I retwist sometime midweek and then cowash on the weekend. Tis all. None too complicated :)

...but we'll see what happens when the snow finally hits.

I also up the moisture in the winter, but my winter regimine hasn't really changed much this year. The one tweak....I've finally found some LI's that like my hair!

I avoid glycerin in winter and summer, except in RO's. I've also been sealing more....and it's been helping.

I use more moisture heavy products, cut out glycerin in my styling products and use leave-ins more often. I'd also like to be able to say I do more PTs and DTs but that would be a lie, haha.

Oh and I also have to do more brown sugar scrubs because my scalp gets itchy and flaky in the winter. And unfortunately it really shows in my black hair!

I'm using a heavier oil on my ends, OLIVE OIL.
