Starting CG...I have a lot of questions!

I saw a thread on here with befores and afters of CG, and it looks amazing! I haven't used a sulfate shampoo in years, and I always let it air dry...but I guess that's all I've been doing. The only products I have are from Fairy Tales, natural/organic kids haircare. I have the Fairy Tales Conditioning Shampoo, Fairy Tales Energizing Leave-in, and Fairy Tales Curly-Q Curl Making Gel. Since I got these, I've been shampooing, leave-in conditioning, and gelling up twice a week.

Also, I got fed up with my 2c hair that gets frizzy and unpredictable, so I just got Curlformers. I started using them last night, and they made very good ringlets!

Ooooh, and for Christmas, I got Argan Oil. Here are my questions:

1) For co-washing, could I wash my hair with my leave-in conditioner AND use it as a leave-in?
2) How should I incorporate the Argan Oil?
3) Could I use Curlformers with the CG method? Also, are Curlformers bad for your hair?
4) How often do I cowash?
5) How often do I clarify? And can I use the Fairy Tales Conditioning Shampoo to do it?
6) What is plopping? Can I do it with short hair?
7) Are there certain ways I have to sleep? Do I have to wear something on my head?

Thank you so much!

3. You can use them! They shouldn't be damaging at all.
4. As often as you want!
5. You should clarify whenever you need to, like if your hair feels gunky or build up-y (you'll know.) If that shampoo doesn't have silicones (ingredients ending in cone, conol or xane) then yes you can.
6. Plopping probably won't work with very short hair.
7. You can wear a satin cap! I like those. Or sleep on a silk/satin pillowcase.
