HELP, HELP!! Co-washing recommendations?

I have 2b/2c hair, and I HATE my hair. I just bought Curlformers so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore, and those don't even work for it...

I decided to start CG (or the version for curly hair) and I need help with the regimen. This is what I do now:

Shampoo- Fairy Tales Conditioning Shampoo
Leave-in- Fairy Tales Energizing Leave-In
Gel- Fairy Tales Curly Q Curl Making Gel

I do this ^ twice a week...

This would be my CG regimen:
Co wash- (can't decide between Yes to Carrots Conditioner, Yes to Cucumbers Conditioner, Suave Coconut, or Jason Biotin Conditioner, or Fairy Tales Detangling Conditioner)
Leave-in- Fairy Tales Energizing Leave-in
Gel- Fairy Tales Curly Q Curl Making Gel

Which one do you think would be the best co-wash? I've heard great things about Suave Coconut, but I do want to stick to natural products. However, if it's good, I'll use it.

I also heard good stuff about YTCuke and YTCarrot. Which one would I use? I heard YTT doubles as a leave-in, and that sounds good. If that's that case, could I co-wash with Suave, condition and leave-in condition with YTCuke, then use my gel?

Anyway...just wanted to know which ones you'd recommend. Thank you so much!

I just started CG as well and so far what I've found to work for me is

Cowash: V05 Kiwi Lime (I love love love the smell)
RO: GFTN
LI: KCKT
Then I comb through and plop using a flour sack towel, once I finish plopping, I use KCCC & BRHG mixed together for my gel.
Once it dries I use SM Curl Milk to SOTC.
HTH
2b, fine texture, normal porosity & elasticity (CG as of 12/2011)

Low-poo: UFD Rich & Funky
Cowash: VO5 Kiwi Lime
RO: Tresemme Naturals, Aubrey Organics GPB, Ion Effective Care, MillCreek Keratin
PT/DT: IAgirl's PT, GVP CB
LI: KCKT, Cure Care, CJ CCCC Lite
Styling: Curl Keeper, As I Am Jelly, UFD Curly Magic, CJ Curl Queen, TIGI Strong Hold Mousse

^^ day 1 of going CG; avatar = 6 months later
Yes to cucumbers and tomatoes are both fantastic for either a co-wash, rinse out, or a leave-in. Suave coconut is inexpensive and worth a try and works for lots of people as a co-wash. I believe the suave coconut has protein but the Yes to doesnt. If you're interested in all natural, you might want to try making your own flax seed gel. It's very inexpensive to make and simple (there's a long thread about FSG around here somewhere). Hope this helps.
$5 off first order at iherb use code KEY066
Thanks for the advice! I just bought some Yes to Cucumbers. I started CG today and am excited...

Anyway, thanks again!
For me I have a lot of hair so I have two conditioners. I use suave naturals coconut as my "wash" where I use it on my finger tips and massage it on my scalp, then I use a lot more for the rest of my hair to detangle gently. I rinse out that conditioner(any cheapo conditioner should work nicely) then I apply a more moisutrizing conditioner throughout my hair like garnier frutris, herbal essences, ect.(this is where you can splurge on a really good or organic conditioner). My cheapo conditioners are a must have though because I use so much that paying a dollar or so is nessary!
Love my auburn 3b/3c curls!! Favorite products are Treseme Naturals conditioner and DevaCare ArcAngel(<---miracle for definition!) I really just want to GROW MY HAIR OUT!! It's not really working...
