Question Dry summer = dry hair

Hi ladies, I really hope someone can help me with this. So I live in a country where it gets EXTREMELY hot, but it's also extremely dry. I am trying to figure out how to keep my hair moisturized in between the extreme heat/sweating/constantly wearing hats to protect me from the sun and the dryness and low dew points. Does anyone have ANY tips for me? I leave the house with my hair feeling soft and moisturized, then sweat like crazy and come back home and my hair is so dry!!

Oh and I know it's february but the temperature is already around 98 degrees
