Hello fellow curlyheads,

I've been trying to go natural for over a year now and my curls are just not getting any better. I've tried deep conditioners, taking out mineral oil from my hair regimine, new products, etc. NOTHING seems to be bringing back my 3b/3c curls.
I can't even use bantu knots and rollers to add curls to my hair. they come out complete deformed and lifeless.

I keep thinking that a big chop will be my only answer but I really don't want to cut off all of my hair. It's my last resort.

Is there anything else I can do for my hair?

I'm in the process of that now. I'm slowly cutting away all of the damaged hair to because i'm too afraid to do a huge cut. I think this is what is hindering my hair from growing longer and curlier.
