Did you try taking a scrunchie and putting all your hair in it so it sits on the very top of your head? This helps ensure your hair doesn't move around so much throughout the night.

I second Lilly's advice. I put my hair in a scrunchie at the top of my head and then cover it with a satin bonnet. In the morning my curls are still in tact.
