Unhappy Suave Naturals Tropical coconut?

does this have any silicones or parabens in it? I bought a no poo instead of a conditioner today because the bottles look the same and the only conditioner I have in my house is Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut.

I noticed some ingredients end with -none. Does it have to end in -cone to be a silicone?

I know it's silicone free- not sure about the parabens though. There are a lot of people who use this as a co-wash.

i dont know what parabens end in or does it just simply say parabens? If a lot of people use it to co wash it should be fine?

do parabens build up in your hair? Cause if they dont if I use parabens once I dont think it would hurt

I don't believe they build up. Some people don't do well with them, but others use them in products without any issues. It seems to be a matter of what works best for your hair.

Suave's Tropical Coconut is silicone and paraben free. I believe any paraben says just that. Parabens are preservatives used in products for their anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties (keeping bacteria and mold from growing in your product). They're water soluble and can be removed with a cowash. There's a CurlChemist article about them here.
